Chemicals Division
KANGNAM KPI’s Chemicals Division is a Korea distributor for global companies such as DUPONT, DOW, and BASF, and it supplies raw materials such as pigments, solvents, and other addictives to major Korean manufacturing companies.
TOLUENE (Hanwha)
Used as a composite material for paint solvents, polyurethane raw materials, terephthalic acid, synthetic fibers, and plasticizers, and also as a raw material for Xylene.
XYLENE (Hanwha)
Used for drugs, surfactants, coatings, pesticides, dyes, organic pigments, fragrances, semiconductors, and solvent refined oils.
IPA (Isu Chemical Company)
Used for solvents, for preventing freezing of cooling water used for pharmaceutical and disinfection purposes, for coatings, inks, and surfactants, and for cleaning in special areas such as semiconductors and LCDs.
MEK (Japanese and Chinese)
Used for synthetic resins, detergents, synthetic leather, paints, inks, and solvent raw materials.
DMF (Chinese)
Used for synthetic leather, spandex fibers, and catalytic materials.
